pkr60 Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "pkr60" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to the pkr60 Platform, its operating entity, and any of its affiliated companies responsible for the provision of gaming and betting services.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a pkr60 account.
• "Account" means the registered player account created following successful registration on pkr60.
• "Platform" refers to the pkr60 website, mobile-optimised interface, and any related applications or services.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the functional currency of all pkr60 accounts.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a player's pkr60 account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm player identity and age.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain a pkr60 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. pkr60 strictly enforces this age limit in compliance with its international gaming license obligations.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or valid government-issued identification.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any such person employed by pkr60 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or banned from the pkr60 Platform.

pkr60 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or during the lifetime of an account. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pkr60 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Keep your pkr60 login password confidential and not share it with any third party under any circumstances.
• Use a strong, unique password for your pkr60 account that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available to add an additional layer of security to your pkr60 login.
• Notify pkr60 support immediately via [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Log out of your pkr60 account when using shared or public devices.

pkr60 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, provided that pkr60 has acted in good faith in processing transactions authenticated by your correct login details.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits made to pkr60 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkr60 supports the following deposit methods:

• JazzCash (mobile wallet and over-the-counter)
• EasyPaisa (mobile wallet and bank transfer)
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — direct bank transfer
• UBL (United Bank Limited) — direct bank transfer
• Meezan Bank — Islamic banking compliant transfer

The minimum deposit amount is subject to the current schedule published on the pkr60 Platform and may vary by payment method. pkr60 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently of pkr60.

pkr60 employs transaction monitoring systems to detect unusual or suspicious deposit patterns. In the event that pkr60 determines that a deposit may be linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, pkr60 reserves the right to freeze the associated funds pending investigation and to report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

5 Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of available funds at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your pkr60 account KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before any withdrawal request will be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and that has previously been used to make a deposit on your pkr60 account.
• Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied before the bonus-derived portion of your balance becomes withdrawable.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is as specified in the current withdrawal schedule on the Platform.
• pkr60 aims to process verified withdrawal requests via JazzCash and EasyPaisa within a few business hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

pkr60 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that exhibit patterns consistent with bonus abuse, fraud, or money laundering. pkr60 will not be liable for delays in withdrawal processing that result from such investigations, provided they are conducted in good faith.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pkr60 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited to your account. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire at the end of this period.
• Each promotional offer is available once per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• pkr60 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bets placed using bonus funds that are subsequently voided, cancelled, or reversed will not count towards wagering requirements.
• pkr60 reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings from any player suspected of engaging in bonus abuse, match betting, arbitrage, or any other form of promotional exploitation.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the pkr60 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting event, as published on the Platform at the time the bet is placed. General rules include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. pkr60 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except where a game or event error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error that interrupts a game in progress, pkr60 will endeavour to restore the game to its pre-fault state. If this is not possible, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• pkr60 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is clear evidence of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are published within the relevant game interface or betting market and are subject to change at pkr60's discretion.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, international T20, and ODI events — are subject to additional cricket-specific rules published in the sports betting section of the Platform.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr60 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the pkr60 Platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the pkr60 Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players without authorisation.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform's software. Any such discovery must be reported to pkr60 support immediately.
• Attempting to circumvent any geolocation, IP restriction, or identity verification system employed by pkr60.

9 Responsible Gaming

pkr60 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. pkr60 provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Configure session duration reminders to help manage the amount of time spent on the Platform.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a short break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days from the Platform without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the pkr60 Platform via your account dashboard or by contacting support.

10 Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on the pkr60 Platform are the exclusive property of pkr60 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, transmit, publish, display, or otherwise exploit any content from the pkr60 Platform without the express prior written consent of pkr60. Any unauthorised use of pkr60's intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws and will be pursued accordingly.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr60 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from a technical error, system failure, or network interruption.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
• Unauthorised access to your account where pkr60 has not been negligent in its security obligations.
• Loss or corruption of account data resulting from circumstances beyond pkr60's reasonable control.

pkr60's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Termination

pkr60 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, in the event of:

• A material breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a valid legal order from a competent authority requiring suspension or closure of your account.

Upon termination, any real-money balance in your account (net of any bonus funds that have not satisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to the completion of any ongoing investigations. pkr60 is not obligated to return funds where termination results from a breach of these Terms by the player.

13 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr60 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through pkr60's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent pkr60 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests, including the prevention of intellectual property infringement or fraudulent activity.

14 Amendments to These Terms

pkr60 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pkr60 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the pkr60 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Clause 12 above.
